Xbox Battery Case

Why are USB ports on some desktop procedures although scorching (giving electricity) after the laptop's been grew to become off?
On a few personal computer desktop systems (and the Xbox 360) which you could use the USB ports to offer energy (ie to cost a battery or some thing), even if the computer is off. Now not the scenario on my HP
. Is that this managed by means of the MoBo? Or is there per chance some more or less BIOS surroundings I can regulate?
Thank you!

That you would be able to examine the bios if you've the solution to regulate it underneath Energy management (ACPI) or in the software supervisor hit the + at the "personal computer"It say ACPI uniprocessor Computer .Which you could uninstall this and settle on "straightforward computer" Chances are you'll result in other problems nonetheless so that you more beneficial hit the on/off transfer inside the energy provide then the laptop is off.
