Battery Toothbrush Braun

How to modify batteries on a Braun 3-D Excel Electric Toothbrush?
I even have a Braun THREE-D excel Electric powered Toothbrush and its a couple of years ancient and does not look to hold charge anymore. Are the NH ACCU batteries in it changeable?
If that is so, how do I change them?
