Battery Hair Dryer

Do they make hair dryers and not using a cords, so that you could just use it on battery electricity? Precisely where can i to find one?

I require to unfreeze my doors and locks on my car, so I'm gonna try by means of a hair dryer, but I dont have an extention twine that runs that some distance to where the automobile is parked.
