LGBT: My snowman is a victim of a homosnomophobic hate crime. Can i sue?
LGBT: I reside in Texarkana, Texas and this present day we now have had the initial snow typhoon in about six years. So I made a snowman and that i wrapped a rainbow coloured headscarf approximately his neck and as an alternative of a hat I placed a tiara on his head which had wonderful, fresh battery powered lighting fixtures on it. He used to be so extraordinarily! Properly, later I went to the town and once I got here to come back I found him knocked more than and tremendously destroyed. =(
I will be able to't make a decision if this is a homophobic, snomophobic or homosnomophobic hate crime. What do you consider? Am i able to sue? If Frosty the Snowman had been homosexual (or out of the closet, no matter what) might he had been beaten?

First off, congradulations on the snow, I live in Allen, Texas and we were given a very good 5-6 inches =).. And sue these homo/snomophobic bastards 'till all is left is the snow they ate! and unfortunately, frosty may get crushed by means of shallow males/ladies
