Battery Relocation
Battery Relocation to trunk?
I’m moving my car battery to the trunk and used a fused distribution block under the hood. I have 2 4gauge wires running to the back and am not sure what to do there. I had another fused distro block 1 0ga out and 2 4ga in. But that got messed up.
Now, I’m wondering if I HAVE to use a 2nd distro block in the rear. I need something that can merge the 2 4ga to a single 0ga to the battery, and don’t really want to use a circuit breaker, do they make them that accept 2 4ga ins and 1 0ga out anyways?
I am looking into a Stinger SHD20 right now. I’m not an electrical wizard, but am thinking, since it’s fused under the hood, why fuse them again? Maybe for security?
